- Standard Enterprise Support is an annual agreement that covers telephone and email support from 8am to 5pm (US, EST)
- Premium Enterprise Support is an annual agreement that covers issues raised any time of day, any time of the year (24x7x365)
AppZero's Standard and Premium annual support subscriptions include:
- Phone and email support requests
- Access to the AppZero Online System
- Point and patch product releases as available
