- Incident Support is a flexible "pay as you go" model that offers telephone and email support from 8am to 5pm EST
- Standard Enterprise Support is an annual agreement that covers telephone and email support from 8am to 5pm EST
- Premium Enterprise Support is an annual agreement that covers issues raised any time of day, any time of the year (24x7x365)
AppZero's Standard and Premium annual support subscriptions include:
- Unlimited support requests
- Access to the AppZero Online System
- Access to the AppZero Forums where FAQs and support questions are addressed
- Point and patch product releases as available
