Reporting Issues to AppZero
• The operating system (including service pack level, etc.) the VAA was created on.
• The operating system (including service pack level, etc.) the VAA was running on.
• Is any antivirus software being used? If so, what are you using?
• Are you running on a virtual machine or on a physical machine?
• Are you on a remote session (RDP, Terminal Services)?
• How was the VAA created (MSI Install, Command line appzcreate, VAA Creator GUI, Install Into)?
• What is the application in the VAA?
• Does the VAA include Windows Services? Does it have any dependent services?
• Does it use any shared VAAs?
• What actions were taken before the issue was encountered (be as detailed and specific as possible).
• Error message(s) that appeared.
• Were any error logs created? Please refer to the User Guide for the location(s) of the AppZero event logs. Please include any pertinent information that may appear in those logs.
