Can a database file be virtualized / embedded within the VAA?

I am the product manager for a small ISV. Our application is built on top of IIS/ASP.NET/SQL Server. We do not distribute a SQL server engine as part of our deployment package. However, for small customers and/or demos we would like to create a virtualized server side package and distribute the database engine to our customers. The goals is simplicity for the end user who doesn't have to worry about installing SQL server.
We also want to hide the database structure from the user for a number of reasons.
I would like to know if AppZero is capable of virtualizing or embedding the database files and isolate them from the end user?

AppZero is ideally suited to delivering a pre-configured virtualized SQL database engine complete with database files that can be isolated from the end-user. A complete Virtualized Database Application Appliance can be easily deployed without the end-user having to perform any configuration or database setup operations. We invite you to visit our Appliance Zone at zone.appzero.com and download a sample BUGZILLA VAA, which includes a MySQL database, to experience for yourself just how straight forward deployment of an AppZero VAA is.
