AppZero Product

With an AppZero product subscription you get the right to use the number of AppZero Creator or VAA Instances that you purchase, for a period of one year. This includes all product updates and upgrades that become available during the one-year subscription term.

Note that you will need to purchase at least one "AppZero Creator" subscription and at least one "AppZero VAA Instance" in order to create and use a Virtual Application Appliance.

With an AppZero Support subscription you get web, email and phone support per the number of Incidents you purchase. A Support Incident is defined as the reasonable resolution of one support issue. The AppZero Support Team is available Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET.
